My starter went out on my old car, so I went to the Kia dealership just to see what options I had to choose from before making a decision. Melynie Tapp (sales woman), Jason Holt (GM), Brett Pate (sales manager), and Alex Perez (finance manager) worked with me to get into a brand new car! It’s amazing how when you do your homework, learn dealership strategies and attempt to get the best deal you can how confrontational they can become. I Walked out. Not because of the deal, but their sales manager, some fella named Billy. Be wary of this place folks. Just my opinion. They must do a lot of business and don’t have to worry about how they treat folks. Well they didn’t get my money nor would I advise anyone I know to use this dealership. It was so bad, here I am writing a review, which I don’t do a lot of.
Make sure you’re very thorough with what you want when speaking with the finance manager in his office.
I’ve loved coming here with my husband to purchase his first car! The staff are al friendly and helpful. Big shout out to Melynie and Alex! They made our car purchasing experience more exciting and less stressful because of the paperwork. Melynie helped us look for a car that worked for us and was a great deal. She’s been awesome in making sure we have everything we need for the car. I highly recommend this location if you’re looking to purchase a Kia.
