Best eye doctor ever. My mother is in her 80's and she has been seeing Dr. Wyse for some years now. I trust her completely. She is caring and extremely knowledgeable and a good listener. I am happy and would highly recommend her to anyone.
Well I have really wasted a lot of time today, including writing my scathing review. Within minutes of writing it, by coincidence, Dr Wyse called me and apologized, offering to see me this Sunday at my convenience. She is an extremely caring doctor and I look forward to meeting her and being in the great care that brought me to her in the first place. I do feel terrible and am normally understanding, but I waited months to become a new patient and apparently came on a very unusual day.
Dr. Wyse and staff are incredible. Whenever I scratched my eye her staff always made room for me. And when I mistakenly thought my insurance wasn't accepted (long story) and my new dr. misdiagnosed me, I decided I had to see her no matter what. Her staff and she made room for me in less than 24 hrs, diagnosed a serious retinal detachment, and got me to a specialist the same day. I owe my left eye vision to her and her staff. Caring and competence are the hallmarks of this doctor and her team.
The prescription for my glasses was wrong, and it cost me a lot of money to get new glasses with new and correct prescription.
Dr. Wyse is awesome. She takes her time explaining the surgery . I was consider about the cataract surgery when I first went, she made feel so comfortable. I would highly recommend her.
I travel one and a half hours to see Dr Wyse because she is such an excellent physician--knowledgeable, professional and caring. She just operated on my cataracts with excellent results and has kept my glaucoma pressures in check. I would follow her anywhere!
Everyone was professional and made the experience much easier than I expected. I am very afraid of surgery and found there was no reason to be with Dr. Wyse and her team
Doctors were great! The billing department was terrible! They charged my husband $100 for something that was cover 100% under my insurance. Their office staff NEVER got back to me for a refund on the $100. I had to have my insurance call them.
I had an eye issue and they got on it right away. Dr. Eyes is top flight and a very positive in all areas
