If I could give them negative stars I would. The Dr was good but the time with her was only about 5% of the visit (not worth the one star). The check in process is through a computer (even though there are two woman sitting in the front desk area), it was kind of a pain and nearly impossible for Seniors. This place is just poorly run. The front desk “computer check in” for mostly elderly people is annoying and awkward to watch. Their there cause the can’t freaking see...you have someone behind the desk...anyway. Went there AGAIN today to pick up overly priced glasses and the dude working the glasses counter just didn’t come back from lunch. This is the second time he was “due back by 1:00” and I waited and waited and finally had to leave at 1:45 to get back to work. Will never go back!!
I will never give them my money again or suggest this place. Throw the whole business away and start from scratch! This place is a joke.
Been twice in the last month for myself and my daughter. Very little wait and Dr Yanni is amazing.
Two and a half hours for a ten minute appointment.
I like office, but I am really tired of spending hours waiting here. The appointments are never on time. My 8:50 appointment this morning didn't start until 9:20. Its now 9:45 and I havent even seen the doctor. My time is valuable too. Can I start coming 45 minutes late from now on so you don't waste my time at every appointment? This happens at every appointment so it's not a one time event. Last time my routine eye exam took 1:40 minutes from waiting room to exit. Who has time for that?
