No one at TMH wants to do any work. Their front staff is terrible and will cancel on you for any reason so they can get back to their Facebook. It is ridiculous in this city getting healthcare. their front desk is terrible and there’s so many reviews about this that it’s obvious that the management doesn’t even care how the heck are they gonna become FSU healthcare they can never compete with the level of care that Shands provides at UF
Front desk is severely lacking in customer service. They make any process extremely difficult and seem entirely apathetic about the whole process. Edit: The response to this review is worthless as the manager could not be bothered to call me back.
Saw Anna today for a pelvic floor evaluation and I have nothing but good things to say. She is everything you want from a PT — kind, knowledgeable and extremely personable. I was completely at ease and the appointment flew by like I was chatting with a friend. Highly recommend! Thanks again! I didn’t have to pay a co-pay, which was weird and they said I would be billed, so I’m a little nervous for that. I can’t speak to billing yet, but as far as therapist go, this was a great experience
Good therapists. Check in and check out is awkward. Three windows, one behind a door. It’s confusing and slow. No way to text or email appointment reminder (even my dog groomer has that technology) Got double billed for an appointment that took 3 months to solve. So… excellent therapists. Lousy check-in check-out, appointment system and billing.
This place is crazy. Doctor I’ve seen is good, but the billing and administration is a total mess. I had two appointments, and the first I don’t think I paid, the second one I asked what the charge would be and the receptionist asked me how much my copay normally is, and that’s what I paid. I called them to try to figure out how much the first one costed and how much I could expect to pay in the future.
