RecommendedI had my baby back in March and the labor and delivery and aftee care nurses were amazing. They made us feel very welcomed and made sure that we all were taken care of. I also loved that they helped me breastfeed and showed me how to get the baby latched. If I have another child I would definitely choose this place again and would definitely recommend it for others as well.
Has always been a top rated hospital with excellent doctors, nurses and staff.
Just to note the kindness of all staff, especially the parking gate attendant, Sharon. She has been especially kind to me.
I needed to have a laparoscopy procedure. The patient financial representative (rose), claimed that I could not schedule my procedure until I paid 10 thousand dollars up front. My gyn Dr Ramsey office could not seem to get anything scheduled. I have had a few surgeries in the past at t.m.h and I have never had to pay anything up front before. I didn't have insurance back then either.. I am completely outraged by this woman's lack of professionalism and compassion.. She would not answer my questions, she acted annoyed with me... read more
Out of 40 years in the healthcare field and in Education, I've spent my time as a patient as well. This hospital is by far the BEST I've ever been in..and I've been from NY to California...From Minnesota to Texas. Tallahasse Memorial Hospital hands down is the best in patient care in every department. From my weeks from the ER, to inpatient floor, Radiography, Nuclear Medicine, Cardiac Care, Untrasound....Each and every Dr., R.N., Technologists, Housecleaning and food staff...Not One Complaint!! I'd like to say Thank you to all the doctors, nurses, cnas and the rest of the staff at Tallahassee Memorial hospital. I can't ever remember having a better experience before. The food isn't that good but that's expected with everybody's different health problems. Thank you all for the great treatment that you all gave me.#tmh #tallahasseememorial
What kind of hospital that makes millions, probaly billions of dollars a year doesn't have ear thermometers for toddlers? First off this child is very sick, then scared because he's in an unfamiliar place with people he doesn't know and then because he can't hold a thermometer in his mouth you're going to shove it up his behind? COME ON!!! As far as technology has come this to me was unnecessary. Spend a little bit of money and buy some ear thermometers and be a little more gentle with these babies.
you can ask the nurse for Animal Therapy. they have dogs and cats and birds and even miniature horses.
I have a heart condition that requires a lot of attention. Your facility has always shown great respect and care towards me and my family. Thank you.
