Great group of people at both locations! The Goose Creek box is home to me, but so far I've loved the partner workouts on Saturday at the Summerville location. Extremely friendly group, encouraging and motivated to help you feel like you deserve your Sunday rest! Give them a shot and you won't regret it!

It's a fun and encouraging environment. The coaches are very knowledgeable and work hard to help you achieve your goal without injury.
My husband and I are hooked 100%! If you are looking for a team mentality and awesome workout experience, this is the place. You will definitely be sore at first but they ignite your inner drive and you will keep coming back for more :)
