Talem is a community where everyone is welcomed. You walk in with fear but you leave a winner everytime. Its one stop to take care of your physical needs, along with mental needs. You will always leave feeling better than when you came. JUST AMAZING.
Dropped into crossfit Talem from Phoenix twice this week. Josh is is an amazing coach and all the members are super friendly. Anytime i visit SC i will definitely drop into this box.

Talem makes sure that you feel as though you're a part of the family from the get go - one of my favorite qualities of CrossFit gyms. Having been new to the area, it's amazing to make immediate friends that encourage you to be better every workout. I never leave there without a smile!
Awesome Crossfit box. Super friendly people and trainer/owner. We are from out of town, but I would definitely go here if we lived in Summerville.
