This place is great! Talem has supportive atmosphere, knowledgeable coaching, and intense workouts. Not only have Josh and the rest of the staff helped me lose 40 pounds, they've helped me be in better shape in my late 30s than I was in my early 20s! Everyone is friendly and helps push you to do your best!

Best Crossfit gym I've been to. Care about your well being and safety, unlike a lot of other Crossfit gyms. Great workout programming, awesome staff.

Great place with great coaches! So happy I finally started going to cross fit talem!
I have being going to Crossfit for about a month know. Started wearing size 42 pants that were a little snug. Now almost a month later I am wearing size 38 pants that don't fit me because they are falling off of me if it wasn't for my belt. My back feels 10 times better and I feel like I am in the best shape of my life at 35. Thank you again to all the great coaches and to all my new friends at the crossfit Talem community y'all rock.

Based on my first class alone, I can tell this place is amazing! Everyone was so friendly and approachable and there were absolutely zero egos! For someone who has never done crossfit it just felt nice going somewhere where I felt accepted. Can't wait to continue going and improving!
Amazing place! When I come to workout, I feel like I'm working out with family members! Everyone is awesome and the coach's rock!
