If I could give zero stars, I would no one at reception. No one cared to take the time to explain to me anything furthermore, I was there for 2 1/2 hours waiting for an appointment that was scheduled at 10:45. The vibe is cool but it’s a professional establishment not a hangout. Thanks for the wasted time. Don’t even bother with this place. V
Staff were pleasant enough but there was a very evident problem with understaffing. Extremely poor communication and extremely long wait followed. Ended up having an appointment at 4:15 and no one acknowledged me for 45 minutes outside of watching an intro. Decided to just up and leave. Beware.
Be prepared before you come and make sure you have nothing wrong with you.. if they request doctors note make sure it's a full page not half. They will refuse you for anything.
Best employee's and a very clean and friendly environment and the staff up there are the best the laughs every time I visit much love
