It's my first time donating at this location and I'm trying to call to confirm info before biking to their location from Mechanicsburg, but I've been on the phone as "Position one in this queue" for close to an hour. First time I called and got position one, after 5 minutes it just hung up. I need to confirm details so I don't bike 11 miles just to be turned away as it's the only location I'm eligible at ATM.
Horrible experience. The only friendly person was nurse amber the rest of the staff were rude or unhelpful and very loud in the donation area. I had to ask to be checked on cause it seemed to be taking awhile. Go anywhere else.

Bathroom is alway dirty and staff encourages clients rudness
