Best seafood! Amazing wait staff. All I can say is perfection. This is our third year dining hete and can't wait until next year.
Absolutely astounding! Fabulous food! Broiled seafood platter with flounder was the best!
If I ever end up on death row, the she-crab soup and broiled scallops will be my last meal. The staff is top rate, courteous, and just attentive enough. The restaurant is always clean and the gazebo on the bay is a great view.
Last year was our first experience at Tale of the Whale, we were so impressed that we came back again this year. Amazing food, great service and very friendly people. It's a nice place to sit down as a family and enjoy a great meal. I highly recommend the coconut shrimp, they are the best I've ever had!

Tale of the Whale is AMAZING! Everything from the food, the atmosphere and the service is wonderful. They handle large parties with ease and the staff is genuinely lovely! An added bonus was the 20% discount for early bird (4-5PM). Also, the portions are huge...and delicious � Thank you for a perfect evening.
Our food and presentation of such was outstanding! Server never let our coffee or other drinks run low - he was very attentive to everything we needed for an excellent dining experience. Amazed how much food was on our plate and it was excellent. Highly recommend.
Very disappointed. Overpriced meals, outdated decor and so-so service. My wife ordered shrimp and it was inedible as it was NOT de-veined. The server did not care one iota. First time visit and will NOT go back. Spent way too much for a blasé meal. No manager bothered to ever come by and check on us. We had to ask 3 times for the check. Stay away!
