Administrative fail I went to tour Broadstone Talavera and had a very nice experience-- the model apartment was pretty, the managers were friendly, and the location was amazing! I applied (which required a $250 holding deposit fee on top of the application fee) and got denied, which is on me. The leasing managers said it should take two weeks for the refund check to be mailed back to me. However, it has been over a month and a half and I have not received my deposit back. Great Broadstone is a beautiful community. The pools are very well maintained and actually just went through a small remodel. The cabana at the main pool is just absolutely gorgeos.The gym is small but effective. It is just a short jog from shopping areas in summerlin without the high priced living that other neighboring communities have. It is very quiet here. I live at 2251 S Fort Apache Road I am writing u because I live at Broadstone Talavera: 2251 S Fort Apache Road Las Vegas NV 89117. I have entered before but each time I send in my address it comes back the address across the street from me because I don't know anything about that address. My apartment is 834 sq. ft. One bedroom and one bath downstairs near to shopping, school, entertainment, the freeway, and bus line; also there is a washer and dryer in each unit, there are from one bedrooms,two bedroom, & three bedrooms . ... read more

My beautiful Apartmart I live in a 834 sq. ft. Apartment One bedroom & one bathroom, washer & dryer near the the kitchen, dishwasher , Mircowave parking place which goes with the apartment. It is central to everything movies, shops, restaurants. The bus line is close as well. So, come take a tour at the Broadstone Talavera you will not be disappointed.

Very convenient neighborhood, well kept grounds, quiet. I have lived in this apartment complex for about 20 years. I just lost my husband of 33 years. We were happy here and did discuss from time to time buying a house. We decided it would be too much at our age (upkeep, repairs, etc). My husband died at 87; I'm 75. we married as senior citizens. The government has not allowed me to have access to his Social Security. So I have to move. It is too expensive without his income. I'm moving to a Senior Citizen complex where more... read more

A beautiful apartment I live in Las Vegas, NV. I love my apartment it is 834 sq.ft one apartment with one bathroom; it is a open flooring and I have a washer & dryer off the kitchen, dishwasher, and a medium size patio. The walls are not painter white but a pretty maude color. The reason why I like my apartment, I live central to everything the bus stop, the theater is next door, the bank is in the same plaza as the bank, fast food places, and the new Mall is not far.
