Nightmare: DO NOT MOVE NIGHTMARE: DO NOT MOVE. I am only writing this review because one of the reasons to move in was that I checked their reviews before and was good. The reason why other people give 5 starts is because there is a reward plan that give you gift cards, rewards, those stuff. SO DO NOT BELIEVE IT. So, I have learned a lesson, do not trust in reviews. LIKE A BAD DREAM I’m currently living in this horrendous community, since we moved here, we immediately knew it was a mistake. Extremely dirty place, police showing here every week due another problem in the community, we have got at least 5 packages stolen already (in 6 months from our front door). Administration is extremely negligent addressing any issue, if you report a basic situation like cleaning it can take up to a week for them to act, (off course that single time) so it seems that your responsibility is to report e... read more

Broadstone Talavera Well the honeymoon is over. One would think when you're paying $16K per year for rent that you could at least get a reliable stove/oven. I put original order in 11/8. I tried to get a working stove since my Thanksgiving Dinner was almost ruined. I came into office for 3 days looking for Chris, the Manager.
