Verified Renter I have been a resident at Talavera since 2001. I have always found management and maintenance staff to be excellent. The landscaping contractors Over the years have been outstanding. Thank. I always feel like I am, "coming home" Each time I drive into the complex.

Verified Renter Grounds no longer are well maintained, abandon vehicles are in various parking slots. Entrance and exit gates are regularly broken, with management not willing to explain that parts are on order to fix them. This complex is not as good as it was 3 years ago - and with the pools going to be a 24 hour party location - we plan to move out as soon as our lease ends.
Verified Renter I have lived at Talavera for 20 years and can highly recommend it in every regard. Maintenance has always been excellent and the landscaping firms they have used over the years have been top drawer. The quality of the on-site Senior Management has varied from good to outstanding. The current property manager, Brian, was very impressive upon my first encounter with him.
Verified Renter So far, so good. Mostly positive experiences moving and living here at Talavera for the past two weeks. Love the outdoor areas. Maintenance has been mostly efficient and responsive. Wish the amenities were open, however.
