I wish I could give this location zero stars. Staff at this location improperly changed my oil and didn’t install the drain plug correctly. The end result is that it came loose and my engine is now damaged. I spoke to the manager at this location today and they are pushing back against me (and didn’t even apologize). Now I’m in limbo because my warranty won’t cover the repair due to their negligence. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS LOCATION!
