Very friendly staff, they offered something to drink and kept me informed of everything they were doing to the car. Awesome place.
Sitting here in line for 30 minutes with daughter screaming with only one car ahead and I didn't start my service yet. Looks like a one hour oil change.
Efficient and friendly. I was offered a cool beverage and it was much appreciated. I didn't have to get out of my car or anything!
I am truly impressed with the service this company provides! I called with a question about an issue and within 25 minutes, a manager was at my doorstep 18 miles away. I must note that the issue with my vehicle was at no fault of Take 5 Oil Change...it has over 165 thousand miles, and it was an issue of basic wear and tear. Regardless, beacauss of their dedication to their customers, the manager personally came to my home, topped off my oil, and gave me his professional feedback on the issue with no charge!
