RecommendedQuick service and great customer service
I spent $99.00 and was not allowed to use the restroom. It took 20 minutes so I went behind the building and will not recommend anybody to use this horrendous place. My 2nd bad experience.
They were courteous and efficient but charged me way more then they quoted.
Super friendly workers and it really was quick! Jackson Street is sometimes difficult to turn onto or off of but I had no trouble at all. I’ll definitely be back.
I just sat in line for over 30 minutes with only 3 vehicles in front of me. I left and there was still one ahead of me they hadn't gotten to yet. this was dec. 26 ,2019 jackson street Alexandria LA
They sent me a coupon for 20.00 off and they wouldn’t honor it. It was like come save some money and wean they get you in there sorry you have to pay full price. So I don’t recommend this place
The team members are always super nice and personable! Service is very fast and convenient. One of the guys met me on the way in with a cold bottle of water! I wouldn't care if they charged double what the competition charged; I'd still choose them!!!
Had taken an elderly lady’s car for oil change and she had misplaced her credit card. I went to pay and power steering line broke- the gentleman came out to my truck and offered to give me a bottle of power steering fluid. I bought two but that was one amazing and impressive staff. We will Use them forever!! Thanks 😊
