I had 3 car wash packages and cancelled 2 of them due to not washing the car. I cancelled 7 days ahead of time and they still charged me. Ive emailed them constantly i only got one reply finally 6 days ago but did nothing only asked for the numbers and name. I told him they already had the numbers cause i sent the cancelation forms. I WENT TO THE CAR WASH ON HIGHWAY 378 AND PAID 35 DOLLARS AND WAS EXPECTING A SUPER JOB, WHEN THEY TOLD ME IT WAS READY THEY HAD NOT CLEANED THE INSIDE AND HAD NOT WIPED THE OUTSIDE OFF, THEY ONLY PUT THE CAR THROUGH THE WASHER AND SAID IT WAS CLEAN, I FEEL YOU NEED TO DO A BETTER JOB ,I PAID TO HAVE THE INSIDE VACCUMED AND IT WAS JUST AS I BROUGHT IT IN,

This is a scam business company (Goo-goo car wash). Once you are tied with a membership, it is impossible to cancel anytime as they advertise. They keep charging membership fee ($39.95/month) even if you have tried to cancel on de web and fill forms on manage pass. I will have to report to business control as a scam company.

I went to Frank's Car Wash on Platt Springs Rd today (Sunday) to vacuum out my car. I was asked to leave by an attendant since I did not have the exterior of my car washed. She said the vacuum is not free on weekends. I said there are huge signs overhead - FREE VACUUM! There were no signs posted in the vacuum area about their weekend policy. I politely told the attendant that Frank's Car Wash just lost a patron. I normally washed my cars there once every 3 weeks. I came home & checked their website. We had a car wash package for two of our vehicles. When we cancelled at the beginning of June, only one was cancelled properly. After getting billed twice, then a third time, and after multiple visits to multiple locations, I finally got it taken care of. ***** calls did not work at all, either to the locations or to corporate headquarters, and no phone messages were returned. In my final visit, the manager said that the phones do not ring to their location. Why have a number if no one will answer?? It has been a very frustr... read more

I went to Frank's car wash today and asked for the 30.00 package. I was told they weren't doing any interior cleaning so they charged me 16.00 and sent me through the car wash. When I pulled my car around they were vacuuming the car in front of mine. When my car came out of the car wash. I had to wait forever for them to half way wipe off just the windows because they were also cleaning the interior of the few cars that were ahead of me. I was told they didn't have enough help to do that. But they hardly had any cars in line... read more

The Platt Springs Rd Location is excellent! Every time I get a great soapy wash. Love the $20.00 a month club. Everything I need to finish cleaning my car when it comes out of the wash is provided! Thank u Platt Springs Location, excellent job! Marie B********

Would give zero stars if available...certainly deserved. On July 6th my car was damaged by this car wash, I also did not receive the level of wash I paid for. Horrible staff, horrible management, horrible site leadership, horrible management of this organization. A claim form was filled out and I was told I would be contacted by someone with 48 hours. Anyone reading this think that happened? After calling every contact I was able to find, leaving multiple messages, calling the contacts directly...I have received ZERO respons... read more

I signed up for what the Goo Goo employee said was one month of however many car washes I wanted. It turned out to be a contract, and since I paid with my bank card they debited me. I called the car wash and got no answer. I called the Corp number and got hung up on. I canceled via the ***************************************** and they have not confirmed yet. I think employees are required to sign up as many customers as thy can with this bilking scheme.
