They recently bought ********************* where I had a membership. My membership with ****** was $48 a month and their price was $39.00 yet they continued to charge me at $48.00. Theyre absolutely unethical in their business practices.

Franks is one of the best spots in orangeburg to get a quick wash and vacuum for a good price. Customer service is always on point from the cashier Daniesha and the rest of the crew always get me right front and back

I have been trying to cancel my membership for 1.5 months, they have not gotten back to me after multiple attempts to contact them to resolve my dispute in a reasonable way. This is not the first challenge I have had with them, do not subscribe to their monthly car wash services unless you plan on never cancelling.

I will never use this car wash again! The people are very rude had a hitch on the back of my truck after I paid $20 for a wash I was told to take the hitch off, didn't have to be right key so my truck went thru with no wash now has soap all over it. Then went to the vacuum got out of the truck already pissed to find out the vacuum isn't working gurr!!

Ever since the car wash switched ownership it constantly has problems. First of all they cut the hours that it is open. They close early for winter, they are closed for repairs a lot. They are closed for inclement weather (3 days after the actual weather event). They close early on New Years Eve. I work nights and I struggle to get there when they are open. They are closed on my way to work and on my way home now. Even when you go through the wash you never know if it is going to work or not. I have had to back out and leave... read more

I went to wash my car at the Take 5 in Zachary Louisiana and the first time I was attempting to go through the washing process for some very odd reason it just stopped right in the middle of washing it so I’m sitting there not knowing what to do because the car behind me was also already in the ( I’ll call it the washing capsule) so I made the decision to just drive out. Car wash damaged my new truck and the manager will not call me back. Have tried several times a day and cannot get the manager on the phone. My next step is to have them served so they will pick up the phone and have a discussion about the damage one of their employees openly admitted that the car wash caused.

I have used the Franks on Forest Drive for years. The long-time owners recently sold the business, I have tried the business under the new owners twice and will not go back or recommend it. They left the windows smudged and streaked, They also did not lift the front or back wipers to clean the glass under them so that remained dirty, In my mind a formerly good business turned bad.

After canceling my recurring autopay membership in June 2022, I have now been charged for the 4th month in a row. After numerous attempts to get this issue resolved (July, August, September) was told by Alecby text that he would personally make sure this was taken care of and no further charges would be made to my canceled account. What a joke. I was charged again for October. I finally have canceled my credit card so no further fraudulent charges can be made any longer.
