Have been trying to cancel my membership for over two months. Multiple calls, emails, online forms, etc. The business WILL NOT cancel my recurring payment and I have been forced to get a whole new debit card because of this. This is not a random occurrence as I know others personally who have the same problem. This practice should be illegal and I am also taking this to the press.

This was the worst car wash ever!!Besides being horrible, they damaged my car, and now they won't return my call so I can have my car repaired. Do not ever go to this wash!

I recently had the misfortune of experiencing the appalling business practices at Take 5 Car Wash in ****, **. Initially, I pulled up to what seemed to be a fully automated car wash, expecting a simple transaction for a car wash. Id give 0 stars if I could. This place is a scam! Canceled my membership in August and Ive been charged 3 more times, 2 weeks apart. They even sent me an email showing they canceled it. You cant get a clear answer when you call, they tell you theyre putting in a ticket and marking it high priority, horrible customer service! And wont take mobile phone calls. So much for locally owned!

This Carwash started off with good customer service but quickly turned to the worst customer service experience I've ever had by any business. The employees at the * ********** location in ************, ** are extremely unprofessional, dismissive, and rude. I cancelled my membership in May and have been charged every month since then. I can’t get anyone at customer service to answer the phone. I have also texted and got confirmation of cancellation but I am still being charged. Fraudulent business.

The car wash itself is fine. It's a bit overpriced for what it is, but the real problem I have is that we were double charged for our membership one month. When I called originally to resolve the issue, I didn't have all the information the gentleman on the phone needed to find our account (it is for my husband's car). With my busy schedule, I forgot it about it for a bit, but recently picked back up on trying to get help to resolve the issue. I was supposed to be charged $29.99/month and wound up being charged $39.99. I have been trying to cancel my membership since 8/15. Eight emails and two phone calls and still is not cancelled. Having to cancel my debit card and dispute the charges to get rid of them. Total scam.

Very unfriendly. Cant get a hold of them to cancel membership. Very unprofessional. Hung up on my husband. We have called numerous times to cancel but they wont return our call. We are very dissatisfied with their business management. We just want to cancel membership immediately. They bought out Magic Tunnel and many people are very unhappy. Their employees are very rude and wont help us and have no idea what to do
