Paid for one car wash with credit card. They put me on a monthly plan. I dont even live in the state of the car wash. They steal peoples money

I've been trying to cancel my account with them. No one will tell me that my cancellation has been received. Zero help from the people at the physical building. The manager there is a real jerk. I cannot recommend you use this place. There are more car washes really close that are better than this one by a mile. Very unprofessional.

I started my membership 3/22/23 in Ga, at a special price of $23.99 , I live in Ar. and the attendant assured me it would work here, but when i returned to Ar. and tried to go thru wash it would not let me, so the attendant here needed to see the card i used in **.from that point i started getting charged form both states I have been trying to get this resolved since May. I have talked with several representatives, emailed 3 notes , with no luck on getting refunded

I’m an ****driver so locations are abundant. All used to be well cleaned and decent equipment but now getting raggedy. Leesville by far most convenient but always broke vacuums and the manager is a lazy bum who doesn’t have time for work as always gone to take care of his cat. Broke my wiper, proved on the video a month ago. They are too sorry to even call back after filing paperwork and checking back for 3 weeks. Store 737 in Concord, NC is horrible! I signed up for the three month promotion deal for 9.99, no one told me it would be 40 bucks after the three months. I have tried calling and no one answers the phone there. When running promotions please tell your customers all the details. On top of that the car wash ripped off my front end sign. I will never use that car wash or get my oil changed at the place beside it.

They will damage your car and not fix it! Like many others in the reviews here, I had my car damaged by their machine: One of their washing mechanisms hit my windshield and cracked it. I reported it to one of the workers who called his boss and told me they werent liable. No apology or offer to make it right from management. Be warned!

The worst car wash ever. They never vacuumed the back area. Never vacuumed or wiped out.cup holders. I wish I could send pictures. The staff said sorry. Yes it is really sorry. Never again and I will tell everyone how sorry they are

Misled membership...told one month..increased amount and charged card the next month without approval. Have been since May 5 trying to get refund. Difficulty in talking with anyone. Now say only two ways refund...direct deposit bank account ( said this best way and wanted account number and info) or mail check which takes four to six weeks. We'll see if check arrives by mail. Made two trips to local office only to receive phone number to request refund.

I would give 0 stars if it were possible. My vehicle was damaged In the ****, **** Take 5 Car Wash in December. I have a film of the incident which they agreed was their fault. I also have an email that confirms their commitment to pay for the damages. I was told to provide them with an estimate for the repair of the damage, which I did.
