I had a very uncomfortable experience here. I’m not sure if the technician was having a bad day, but she was extremely standoffish and made me feel like I was bothering her just by coming in. Instead of a friendly greeting, she simply said, “You’re here for me?” I got a French tip pedicure, and the big toes ended up noticeably uneven - it felt like she rushed through the job. Best nail tech in Miami! She’s so detail oriented and easy to talk to. My nails have never been so healthy!
It was really difficult for me to write this review. I made an appointment six weeks ago and was asked to reschedule. The time proposed would not work with work. I rescheduled the meeting for a future date that happen to be one month after by originally scheduled appointment. Today I attempted to cancel the reservation which is two full days before my appointment and was told I would not get my deposit back.
