I sat in the drive-thru line for over 30mins before ordering my food, & then another 25mins before getting my food. The exterior lights, & menu board lights were out until after I placed my food order.
We've been in line for at least 30 minutes. So much for our groceries in the back of our car...
After sitting in line in the drive thru for 10 minutes, I finally was able to place my order only to be told they were "cash only", only had plastic on me. This would have been a lot less of an inconvenience if a sign were placed prior to entering the line. I had to sit for another ten minutes waiting to get out of the line as I was boxed in. Will not be returning to this location.
I eat there on break each night during the week. The staff and management are EXCELLENT!! The food is fresh and delicious! Keeps me returning time and again. Keep up the great work!!
Wow! I've been in line for 29min! I'm at the window finally and I'm waiting again!
They are closed at least once a week and slow when they are open.
Ordered through the new app on line. Drive thru is around the building. Came in. Have been sitting patiently for 15 minutes. In that time not one order has come up. This is ridiculous. Your staff seems amused by the back up of customers and the on duty manager is not trained to handle the problem. He can't even do a simple refund to the gentleman in front of me. He is on the phone asking for instructions.
This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever seen, needs a management change for sure, the employees are rude and slow.
Congratulations you literally found the WORST taco bell in the state or even quite possibly of the entire country enjoy!!!!
