I do not recommend this store. We order the same thing every time...EVERYTIME it’s wrong. They always forget the chalupa!
Came in for breakfast this morning to be greeted by computer screens. Now you get to order your food yourself. Horrible experience and no one at the counter if there is an issue. I suppose the next step will be to make your own food. Worker took trash out the customer side entrance and the front door was also locked. Pretty sure that’s a violation. If your a Taco Bell fan you should probably stop by and get your favorite meal before they go out of business.
Been here 2 times recently, each time ordered food with grilled chicken. Both times the chicken was so hard I spit it out. The first time no big deal they apologized and gave me fresh chicken, but acted like they knew the other chicken was old. Second visit I just threw it away said nothing. Second visit though was very slow time and employees were talking loudly and cursing, F word and S word. The person I was with spoke to the manager about it.
