Are you kidding me with the wait times? A sit down Mexican restaurant can cook faster than these guys serve food. 20 min wait in the drive thru. Only waited bc I didn't want real Mexican, just the stuff that leaves you full of regret.
Their fryer was down and their grilled was down....you mean you cleaned the two and don't want to dirty them? Yeah I'll drive further for better service. Thanks though.
This Taco Bell is very slow. I waited for 30 min in the drive thru!!! That is CRAZY! Last week I had the same experience where I had to wait about 20 min! I will not being going to this location anymore. I have better luck and faster service going out of my way to another location.
Worst Taco Bell in Greenwood, wait forever, they close the lobby early most nights, 3 out of 6 items were made incorrectly, I wasted my time & money, thanks Taco Bell
Waited 53 minutes in the drive thru! Cars in front and behind so I was trapped. Tried calling while I was waiting to complain and no one would answer. EXTREMELY frustrating!
Will never go to this location again. Was just in there a little over an hour ago. Used the restroom prior to ordering. Quite literally had to not look at the deplorable state of the restroom. It seems as if it had not been cleaned in days. I tried letting the cashier know about the state of the restroom. She barely even responded and almost acted as if she was stoned or something. I Love working here ! The management team we have are the best,We are getting better all the time. So many improvements are being made now. I am proud to work here ! I actually like my bosses not many people can say that.They work just as hard as we do ! Taco bell is a good place to work.
