During my visit, an item was mistakenly left out of my order — which I completely understand can happen. However, when I kindly informed the staff and requested the missing item, the manager on duty refused to believe me. The very first thing I noticed was how dirty the floors were and the trash laying about. Employees were rude to an elderly couple that were having a difficulties using the kiosk. There's a sign on the bathroom door that says bathroom is for paying customers only, so i then decided to have my lunch there. On the kiosk, I selected dine in.
