One star isn’t for Taco Bell itself it is for the service received tonight at this location. Completely unacceptable and aggressive service from the night drive-thru staff. I have been ordering a plain side of potatoes for my child for 4–5 years and always receive the standard side bowl portion. I had a really bad experience tonight with a staff member. It was around 10:45pm and it was a white male in the drive through. The name on my receipt says Darrell but I don’t know if that was his name. I got the 9$ box and upgraded my drink to a large. He forgot to ring up my drink up-charge and I didn’t notice until he went to hand me the drink and I explained to him how it was supposed to be a large.
