Some Taco Bell‘s are nice and clean. This is not one of them. My wife wanted Popeyes chicken and I walked across to the Taco Bell. And I waited and I waited. They saw me and they did not want come up and help me. One person actually hid around the corner. It gave me plenty of time to look back at the condition of the restaurant. Dirty. If I could give this place zeros I would.
Door dash or restaurant will steal your food. They don’t care about you or your purchase. Adding anything extra to your meal? Forgot about it. They will take your money and trying to get a refund for their mistake after they take your funds… like pulling teeth. It’s actually ridiculous. This particular place has unfortunately become a joke. As a long time late night consumer wanting comfort food after a long night; they steal your money.
The last three visits, have resulted in terrible service, food mistakes and with this being the third time, we called to talk to a Manager, the Gentleman that answered the Phone lied and said, "I'm the Manager", while we could hear his work mates laughing in the background after he said it. After him asking me to repeat my complaint three times, while everyone was cracking up, we finally hung up and vowed that we would not return. Food was horrible my chips were stale and my food was cold and the restaurant was dirty
