I usually go about 2am and the staff is super friendly and the food is always hot and my order is correct 👌
It's late at night and i was hesitant to go because i wanted to pick up the 2 tacos that i was missing the other day, but because i called them during the day when that happened, i was worried the night crew wouldn't help me. I was wrong. Although he explained the proper way it should be done and encouraged me to remember the managers name if it ever happened again, Mario still took care of me very quickly and was very very polite and personable. Yall overcooking the nacho chips or something. Tastes weird everytime
Food tasted weird today, kind of sour and just off. I had a Mexican Pizza, which I have loved for years, and it tasted pretty awful. Not to mention the cheese on top wasn't melted, so I put it in the air fryer when I got home. The Cantina chicken taco had that same off flavor....maybe it's the sauce, maybe something has changed, but I think I'm just done with Taco Bell.
