I love taco bell but never had an experience this bad. I did an online order like normal and went to immediately pick it up. Immediately noticed my drink had ice when I ordered no ice, no biggie. I drive home and the Crunchwrap was burnt, inside my burrito had a burnt taste as well. You could smell the burnt tortilla as soon as you took it out the paper. I tried to just eat the inside and found a hair inside. Not sure what happened tonight but not a good experience.
Workers are nice but my food is always wrong. Recently went and each meal was missing something. Get it together please!
