I normally have decent experiences at this location, but my most recent experience - 9/16/2026 - was lousy. I received the wrong food, and when I called to complain, I found myself dealing with rude, apathetic people who clearly didn't care that they had messed up my order. I was in no position to return to the restaurant to get replacements, and am sorely tempted to just go to different locations rather than continue with this one. And yes, I have complained to corporate, for all the good it will do me.
Bad service and the food was cold.

The AGM is AMAZING!!’ I came on a busy weekend night and it was beginning to get busy. But what I loved the most was that EVERYONE was working hard and helping each other. I ended up waiting an hour but nevertheless the AGM (without me asking) already offered me something to rectify the wait and thanked me for my patience. She was so calm as she efficiently guided her staff through the busy night. Overall excellent customer service!! Thank you!!!!
I ordered doordash pickup as I was doing something in the area and wanted quesadillas. When I got there, I was not greeted. I waited at the counter for about 3 minutes, until a white guy walked in. I’m black. You’ll see why this is important. As soon as she saw him, she ZOOMED to the counter. Meanwhile when it was just me, she was busy chatting and laughing to her friends.
