Still not a fan of the drive-thru AI. I like talking to people!!
I can not tolerate the attitude and service I am receiving at all the taco bells ever since they put in the AI ordering. No one wants to help or take your order. I am pushed into speaking to a computer in the drive through and it takes 2 times as long to place an order. In the store they will not take your order at the counter. You have to use the Kiosk.
