Fast and polite they were very nice food was good to I forgot to review
Order off the mobile app, get there, drive-thru line long so I go in to get it. Thet don't have it ready, of course. Stand there for 10-15 minutes watching the employees move like snails with absolute ZERO sense of urgency to get the orders filled so I walked out. So done with Taco Bell, the absolute worst customer service in the world no matter which location I visit.
0stars. Got my order at 11:25 after a crazy wait in line. Go home to find my enchirito was all over the bag and my Mexican pizza was missing. Go back. Waited in line for an hour(no exaggeration). Tell them they messed up my order, they tell me pull around. Finally they said they’ll remake it and bring it out to me…. Going on an hour and a half now. Got here at midnight,it’s 1:15 now. For food that was ordered at 11:25!!!!!
I really appreciate that the girl at the window went out of her way and got my soda from the lobby. Other taco bells just hand me the rancid/thin soda and hope I drive away before I notice
