Ordered a cheese quesadilla. I got a shredded cheese quesadilla instead. Went back in line to make a complaint and the young lady said the steamer must not have had enough steam...didn't offer to re heat it, and told me to have a nice day. I'm upset because all you have to do is heat it up. Which means she chose to give me this half cooked quesadilla on purpose. I order three and almost all of them are the same. 20 dollars wasted. I am sick of trying to eat here! We ordered on the app. My credit card showed I paid but when we got there they claimed that they didn't have our order. Manager was extremely rude to my daughter when she asked for the name of the general manager and a phone number. She told her "I am the manager that is all you need to know" then she told her "We don't have a phone number ". I contacted corporate but have heard nothing back except. We won't charge you for the food you didn't get.
