I’ve ordered multiple times and ask for no lettuce only to get everything with lettuce.. very disappointed
sometimes they’re good, sometimes they’re terrible. Some days they make nice, hot food, but like today, I got the new street chalupas and they felt like they were 2-3 days old
Shorted my tortilla chips. Rest of the food was hot and really good! Drive-up window needs cleaned on the outside of the building.
I placed an order through the mobile app for pickup in store. I got the message that the order was ready before I got to the store. I went in to get it, and was told I had to go through drive thru to pick up. I had to wait 20 minutes in a drive thru line for an order that was supposedly ready that I had selected counter pickup for. The food was hot when I got it.
