I have ordered from this Taco Bell five separate times, and each time I’ve ordered through DoorDash, my food is never correct. I always get the chicken canteen, soft taco combo, and they never put my chips in my cheese With my combo that I paid for. Also, there’s barely any chicken in the tacos, it’s mainly sauce and shell. The third time I ordered from them, the cheese wasn’t even melted on the outside.
If I could give you all a fraction of a star instead of 1, I would. My child has an eating disorder and is very limited on what he can eat. I doordashed, against my better judgement, from 38th street and I guess I learned my lesson. My kids order was supposed to be 4 hard shell tacos, substitute beef for refried beans, extra cheese, and no lettuce. What did I get? 4 hard shell tacos that had MEAT and LETTUCE on them. A black female employee who is also a child- always has an attitude about me saying purple cabbage. She needs to get it together this was months apart -there’s no way she isn’t unbearable to everyone else.
I love there new vegetarian menu the veggie bowl minus a few ingredients is excellent.
