In terms of Taco bells this is the busiest I've ever seen besides Vegas. Though its disorganized they get it done, and my food was hot. I did a mobile order. Idk if its much faster than the kiosk, but at least you don't have to wait on the crazy kiosk side.
I’ve eaten here a few times, but every time I do the employees are never friendly or inviting. The food is usually pretty bland and poorly presented. But sometimes I just need a cheap snack before or after work, and now I know for sure that I’ll need to find someplace else to grab a bite to eat. The last time I came by, I ordered two chicken quesadillas on a kiosk and waited almost ten minutes for them. This place was cool for maybe 3 days and then it became what is been: trash. There's no good taco bells in Indy but the best one inside the loop is on Washington. And that tells you something because that taco bell is terrible.
