Very bad customer service we will not be coming back here I’m a vegetarian and they said that the burrito that says BB is vegan and it was not it was and my son’s burrito didn’t say BB and it was vegan it was a waste of money
I had a disappointing experience at Taco Bell. I ordered a spicy potato taco, but the potatoes were so hard they were difficult to bite into. It seemed like they had been sitting out for hours.
The woman who took my order was very nice. She was hard to understand and I think she had a hard time understanding me. I had to repeat everything. The beefy potato griller was disgusting. The potatoes were old and hard. The burrito had a weird flavor that is still in my mouth. Disgusting. I ordered the dip without beans and they didn't put any meat.
