I am a 15yr + client and was about to leave T-Mobile and go to another service provider. Until, I came to this location. They do care about customers there. Days and hours wasted with ON-LINE customer care (T-FORCE FaceBook, Twitter & chat on T-mobile website) I was given the run around and passed from one rep to another with no real solutions. Best experience with buying a phone. Damon is the best! He knew what he was doing, made sure I got the best deals, very friendly and easy to talk to. I never felt rushed or forced into buying anything. Also helped my cousin who was with me at the same time. Best salesman ever!!! Amazing experience.
Worst customer service ever. Waiting 15 minutes for the rude girl working to refuse me service on top her "manager" taking his sweet ass time to once again refuse to do his job and take care of his customers. Worst fucking T-Mobile store in the Austin area. The female working here that was extremely LAZY and rude is named "Ashley"- short fat girl with long straight black hair.
