terrible experience. my daughter had an appendicitis which required an emergency surgery and the surgeon dr bhattacharya and his head nurse elizabeth were awful. not to mention the paramedic in the ER kevin with the bald head was very rude to me and my daughter and after i told them i did not want him back in our room he still continued to come in with that same rude bedside manner. thank God once we got to recovery LORI AND KIM were heaven sent angels and such a breath of fresh air.. we were moved down to the third floor af... read more
I will NEVER go back to Erlanger Children's Hospital. My 9 month old was sent to have a C.T scan on his head due to it being on the larger side. When someone called me to set an appointment, she was rude right off. I had had a tonsillectomy the morning she called, I told her about it and I was trying my best to talk. I asked her to please give me an appointment a week or two weeks away so I could recover. She told me "no, he has to be seen at 9 months and he is allready 9 1/2 months old."
