We took my son to Erlanger Children’s, and his injury was not taken seriously. He had limited mobility in his arm and was discharged with the assumption it was just a muscle issue. It was later confirmed to be a clavicle fracture with an AC joint injury. The fracture is in a location that is hard to locate on an x-ray and easy to miss, but the way he was dismissed given his limited mobility is unacceptable. Everyone was nice and friendly very professional
My wife and I found ourselves here with our daughter for an emergency issue. It was a rough situation, but every person we came into contact with made it as great an experience as possible given the circumstances. From the nurses, custodians, student doctors, residents, student nurses, doctors, techs, amazing volunteers, and anyone else I missed, they were all phenomenal.
