I have never had a salesperson like Stacie Bright. She took the time to explain every detail to me, and made the car buying experience way better than I've ever experienced. I have about 4 Ford dealerships within 20 minutes of me, but I drove an hour to meet with Stacie because she made me feel like she actually cared about me and wanted to help me. Had problems with my tires on my explorer. Tony in service worked with the tires company and Ford Motor . Cost me 200.00 dollars for all four. They at least went to bat for me.
I have had excellent experience with both sales and particularly service people.
