I drive over an hour to see Jessica, passing many ford dealers on the way. Why? Because everything is clear, fast, and easy. You feel like you are among friends and everyone knows what they are doing. Buying a car without being annoyed is worth any length of drive! Thank you Jessica !
service technician communicated very clearly and effectively. got the Works along with taking care of a recall. both were done in about an hour. the showroom was friendly and waiting room was well lit, clean and comfortable. looking forward to returning for future service and/or sales.
i just purchased a 2017 ford f150. I had Todd Kelley as the sales person. The day i purchased it i went to 3 other ford dealers first, all of those dealers did the exact same thing except for Szotts. Todd greeted me and asked what i was there for, then i asked him to run the numbers. He ran the numbers before i test drove the truck which is what i wanted. after i test drove the truck it was smooth sailing. I highly recommend Szotts and Todd to anyone thinking of buying a car or truck.
Brian Stuart did an outstanding job helping me find a truck to replace the truck that was totaled two weeks earlier. Glad I ran into him and glad to say I'd recommend him to anyone to get their new vehicle!

Rob in Szott Ford service was excellent at keeping me in the loop as my F250 truck was being serviced for a front-end issue that another dealership could not repair in two previous visits. This was further complicated since my truck was slightly out of warranty and Ford was involved in order to offer financial assistance in the repair.
