Wanted to lease a car, they quoted me a price & then when I wanted to get the vehicle I couldn’t get the salesman to call me back. I called the new cars sales manager left him a voicemail, he didn’t call me back, so then I left a message on Steve Gabara voicemail and he didn’t return my call. Must be nice to be so busy not to need new business.
Travelled from out of town to see a used vehicle at this dealership, ended up purchasing. The staff was great when we were purchasing of course. Not even a week later, we had issues with the vehicle and reached out to the salesman and sales manager, no returned call ever. I can not recommend Szott Ford to anyone unless they like paper waste and opportunity for identity fraud. I bought a new car there in 2015. The sale was smooth, no trouble until later and it continues to this day. They will not stop sending junk mail despite multiple requests (both verbal and written). I have even reached out to Ford’s headquarters with no resolution. The entire Szott family has been overwhelmingly amazing!! From Ford, Dodge and Toyota. When i totaled my Ford Explorer, the whole Szott family was there to help me. From finding me my dream car, putting me in a rental until i was in my new car, all the way to delivering it to me. Thank you to all of you! You are truly amazing!
