No. I absolutely do not recommend Szott Ford. I recommend to stay far far away from this place. I have had the worst experience with the service department and have been battling to get problems fixed on the vehicle I have had since I have purchased it there in 2015. Now I am continuing having problems trying to get them to repair their previous botched repair job. The service techs do not listen to the customers and think they know better. I recently had warranty work done on my Ford at Szott. It was a long process dealing with my warranty company but the staff at Szott was amazing. Austin in sales was so helpful. Jacob in service made everything so much easier and better. Kudos to you Jacob for pulling rabbits out of your hat and making magic happen. I'm extremely satisfied with my experience at Szott. I would recommend them to all of my family and friends.
I have been taking my vehicles to Szott for a while now... Tony and Jacob have taken great care of me and my vehicles!! Everyone is friendly and professional, the dealership and the waiting room and restrooms are always clean and comfortable!!
Our salesperson was amazing she worked hard to listen to what we wanted and to get us within our budget range. The locks started having issues so they fixed those and gave us a loaner until they were done. We bought floor mats and the guy put them in for us. We’ve had all good experiences here!
