I was in a time crunch and I needed to get into a new Explorer. The salesman went above and beyond helping me get into the right model, I know what I wanted but I didn’t necessarily know where to go from there. They made the process super simple and I’m really busy so it was so helpful! We did a lot over the phone so by the time I was ready to come in i barely had to sit at the dealership and wait! Will always go back to Szott Ford, they really treat you like family and it’s great to find a dealer I can trust.

Huge shout out to Szott Ford in Holly. We thought Rob’s transmission might’ve been shot with over 200k on his Navigator. We took it in hoping for the best, including 4 new spark plugs we had bought to be installed (you need a special tool). Long story short, it took much longer than expected (12 days), BUT they have us all 12 days with a rental car FREE and changed the plugs and some melted hoses (that ended up being the problem —- NOT the transmission) for under $500!
