RecommendedSzott has always been top notch but today hit a high note! Bailey in service is thorough, follows up, and quotes fairly. Additionally, the heavy tech Jeff took the time to hop on the phone and explain his recommendations and interest in helping with our project. Called the dealer on Friday and put a vehicle on hold. Called on Saturday to work out the financing. Apparently their system was not updated. Asked to hold the car till the following Monday. Got email confirmation that they would hold the car through Monday. Took half day off from work. Had the kids miss school. Drove to the dealership (1 hour) on Monday. Worst experience. Not trustworthy. Do not trust them. Awful customer service. Promised and then did not keep their end of deal, made profit for themselves by not honoring the deal.

I’ve tried to buy there a couple times. Each time they have low balled me on my trade-ins. I know how much my trade-ins were worth. I’m not unreasonable. I’ve left there and immediately received $5,000 more for my trades!
