ADS Security technician Chris from Murphreesboro did a great job. He was efficient and very knowledgeable. In addition to replacing a runaway motion detector with the correct pet window one, he also took the time to help me better use the **** doorbell system that continually sends in false notices. Additionally, he added a different website to help me remotely access my camera system. I highly Recommend him and ADS Security.

We have been with ADS a number of years and have had excellent service and today was no exception. The response to our service request was prompt and the technician took the time to run down the diagnostics he had run and the service he provided to the panel. We were back up and running in less than 15 minutes.

Terrible Service. This system was purchased for our business. The ADS Representative assigned to us does not respond to emails unless I repeatedly send followup emails requesting an answer to my concerns. New system has crashed and we have been without any service almost 2 weeks. We purchased the maintenance plan with the understanding that our system should never be down more than a few hours at the most.
