Justin was great installing our doorbell cameras. A complication came up and he spent 2+ hours troubleshooting and made sure our system was in perfect working order before leaving - highly recommend!
They installed the complete wrong system in my house. If they don't fix it in 24 hours I will cancel my contract. I had them in Charleston SC worked great moving to Savannah now they put in not what I asked for.
ADS is everything you'd expect a security company to be. Their technicians knowledgeable, professional and very curteous. The office staff are always quick to respond to any questions or problems and are very thorough in their response. I have had a couple of issues with the equipment but this is more a reflection on the manufacture of the equipment than on ADS who worked diligently to resolve all the issues. I am very pleased with ADS.
