Both the consultant and technician were very competent, efficient, professional, and patient, especially when working with non-technically inclined customers, and ADS's customer support is very responsive. It's wonderful to deal with such an outstanding regional company.

I had a trouble light, and despite the fact I was the guy who missed two appointments, my Service Technician was nothing but nice. Located the problem in 5 minutes explained it to me and left. I use them for my home and business and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I see a lot of gee whiz services out there right now but when the rubber meets the road ADS has always been there for me. You cannot do better than to deal with the honorable, trustworthy and kind individuals.
The technician was courteous very knowledgeable and solve the issues in less than 30 minutes. The technician was well-trained.
Gregg T**** was very helpful in getting our camera back on track. He was very knowledgeable and professional in what he dose. He took time out to explain the features of the camera as well as explaining and answering questions I had. Thank you ADS and thank you Gregg for all that you did. Happy Holidays.
Needed a service call and ADS came out the next day to fix my problem. The service tec (John), was very polite, did what needed to be done in a rapid manner and explained his work. JRE
The upgrade today went well, however, we learned the ADS Monitoring system had NO contact information for us which explains why we were never getting calls anytime the alarm would go off. We've been with ADS for over 10 years and used to receive calls a few years ago. Don't know what happened on their end but I'm VERY angry that ADS never followed up with us to inform us they were unable to reach us when an alarm was activated.
