Tech was nice but my issue is that my app connection goes in and out. Some days when I try to set the alarm, the app will not work and says that it has timed out. Other days it works. When I made the call your tech on the phone could detect that I was not getting a connection. But a few days later, by the time the tech reaches the home, he says there is a good signal and everything is fine. I took three hours out of my day for this. Ryan, the ADS technician, called me 30 minutes prior to scheduled appointment, as promised. He arrived when he anticipated. He was very professional and personable. He efficiently reprogrammed my security system and the new key fob I needed. Excellent experience!
ADS responded quickly after a power surge caused by lightning. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it rapidly and professionally.

We were somewhat concerned when we heard about the merger because our experiences with the ************* had always been very positive.
