Dr. Beeler took her time to explain the changes in my body that I'm currently going through. If I have any questions, her office always calls me back as soon as they can. Erica and Ms. McPherson are so nice to me and help me feel at ease each time I am there. The receptionists, are very welcoming.
Good doctor but horrible front office.
Others have said the same thing I experienced. Dr Beeler put me on an antidepressant that I did not like. I requested several times to be put on one I knew worked well for me but she refused. (I asked at least 6 times over several years) saw nurse shevlan and she said there was no reason for me to not be on a med that I knew worked for me. Dr Beeler really does not care about her patients.
What to say about this woman? Unprofessional. I showed up to my appointment this past week and was unable to stay. I had signed in and had to leave. I let them know this and we rescheduled for a different day the following week. The office sent the letter out to me the day after my original appointment. The letter states I have been terminated as a patient and that I should seek medical care elsewhere. She sets a timer when she comes in to visit her patients, and there is a sign on the door that clearly states that your appointment is for 15 minutes, and 15 minutes only. However, she is always extremely late to every single appointment. She has an air of nonchalance, and is quite frankly, the embodiment of everything that is wrong with the medical industry today. She does not care about you. She only wants your money.
Dr. Beeler and her staff at Hamilton Family Medicine are efficient, professional and kind. Chattanooga is fortunate to have such a great family practice.
I have been a patient of Dr. Beeler's for a number of years. I love her office. HOWEVER, when you're sick on the weekend, FORGET IT! She's no help whatsoever. I am a 52 year old male. I have struggled with allergies, chronic sinusitis, conjunctivitis, and chronic bronchitis for most of my life. With that being said, I know what type of medical treatment I need to get through and over such an episode. Way to go, Synthia! Thanks for nothing.
Very rude and condescending. I'm not sure how she stays in practice. Her bedside manner is horrible.
I never developed a therapeutic relationship with this clinic. I do not feel like Beeler believes in mental health disorders like ADHD. I dont think they feel stimulant meds have therapeutic use. SO- tried a alter meds on Beelers urging- and it made me sick- I can not take it at work. The office has relayed 4 days of messages to Doc. I have had no return calls. I just went to office at 8 am to talk to "someone" before the weekend. I was told there is nothing they can do till Monday. Seriously!
