My uncle gets service after he was in the Military and the main woman I think her names Nicole told him that he wasn’t eligible because he only served 2 years. The company lies and are disrespectful don’t hire this company to watch your loved ones. I had a friend who got service, they sent them to her house and the caregiver didn’t even know what to do they told her that she didn’t get any training at all so she just had her cleaning the whole 6 hours she was there.
Heard so many bad things about working here from multiple people. This is a maids job not health care and the people are super rude. Avoid this place
One of the caregivers abused my grandma and the lady was so rude when we called with our concerns! They don’t care about anything besides money! Do not use them! They send people who don’t even know what they are doing. They also send some body new every time.
