Great deal friendly staff
I have been a member of over 20 gyms in this area. Synergy is by far my favorite. They are always improving and expanding. The machines are always clean and working. There is always enough free weight available. Endless cardio machines too. The clientele is a nice mixture of young and old, experienced and beginning. There is a friendly positive atmosphere with everyone helping out and rooting for one another. No intimidating people that I know of.
